We build clinically supported digital communities that help youth aged 13–23 reduce isolation, connect with peers facing similar medical diagnoses, and strengthen resilience through safe, moderated engagement.
Empowering Youth. Reducing Isolation. Changing Lives.
At Kids’ Health Links Foundation (KHLF), we support young people aged 13–23 who are navigating illness, disability, and other life challenges by addressing one of the most overlooked impacts of illness: isolation.
Through Upopolis, our free, clinically supported digital community, youth can safely connect with peers who understand what they’re going through—no matter where they live or what they’re facing.
Our Approach
We combine the power of peer connection with professional clinical oversight. Upopolis is moderated by Certified Child Life Specialists, ensuring youth experience meaningful connection in a safe, trusted environment that supports emotional well-being and resilience.
